
If I’ve learned anything from taking the photos for this, it’s that it’s necessary to always be aware of one’s surroundings.
This is an excellent example.
While walking from point A to point B to get a few more shots, I overlooked this one. Twice. It wasn’t until I came back going the other direction that I noticed it wedged into an opening just small enough for a lowrider to back into. It was tucked away from view, which I think is what’s kept it on display for as long as it looks like it’d been.
It’s finds like this that make me glad I decided to start doing this.
