I love it when things like this become part of the whole visual dance.
This now-gutted electrical box that was, at one point, responsible for metering the building has been decommissioned by removing all the electrical elements, leaving behind this hollow shell.
The original artist went right over the top and acted as if it wasn’t even there. Later in the day, when the party lined up to tag the walls, a bunch of them left their signatures here very carefully, not disturbing the harmony of the original piece. That’s pretty cool.
Incredibly, not only is the outside done up, but the inside is too—there was easily over a dozen different signatures in there.
